Now that the Beeswax Hat is finished, I am on to the next project. (Those of you who know me know that I only work on one project at a time. )
This time, I chose to work with one of the newest yarn, Dream in Color Jilly. Jilly is a singles yarn, round and soft in a fingering weight, and 100% Superwash Merino. The yarns are hand-dyed, and the colors glorious.
This particular colorway is Chili. It is a lovely tone on tone yarn with a wonderful glow. To showcase this yarn, I picked the Reyna Shawl pattern byr Noora Laivola, which is a free pattern on Ravelry.
The pattern is a triangular shawl, and alternates rows of simple garter stitch, and mesh.
This is going to be perfect to wear in the spring!
I will be working on the shawl at the shop over the next few days, while I stare at the other colorways of Jilly in the shop, and dream of my next project!
